Returns & refunds
7-day easy returns
If a cloth doesn't perform as promised or you simply changed your mind, raise a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
How it works
Contact us at support@shinexelite.example.in or +91 98XXX XXXXX with your order number. We arrange a doorstep pickup wherever our couriers support it.
Refunds
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the pickup. COD orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer.
